Reduced Wall Thickness
Nu Cure G2 Liner features virtually fold free, high performing technical textiles and return lower T-thickness values as well as reduced resin uptake (30% less than traditional felt lining systems). Nu Cure G2 Liner provides a stable wall thickness, even with multiple dimension changes.
Seamless Construction
Our seamless liner is designed and developed for efficient and reliable CIPP rehabilitation and makes inversion lining possible from 0.2 bar.
50% Diameter Change & 90 Degree Bends
NUCURE G2 Liner is an extremely flexible product range that offers as much as 50% diameter change. NUCURE G2 Liner can navigate multiple 90-degree bends, making it the perfect solution for the repair of defective pipes with numerous turns, of up to 90°.

Curing
Nu Cure G2 Liner is developed to cure in multiple conditions, allowing for, High temperature, Ambient, steam and UV curing.

NUCURE G2 is tested using BS EN 1228 standards. Testing of DN 100-150 , Adapted Polymer , installation pressure 0,5 bar and post cure profile with hot water cure at 85TC.
